Duane McClure
Founder and director
Co-founder of Blue Ridge Dynamics with over twenty-five years of experience in creating custom software solutions in a wide range of industries, including commercial businesses and U.S. government agencies in Defense, Intelligence, and the Department of Justice. His leadership has guided teams to build reliable systems for managing cases, supporting decision-making, and analyzing data — all with the goal of improving operational efficiencies and end-user satisfaction.
Kyle Miller
Founder and director
With over 20 years of experience in software development, Kyle Miller honed his expertise in innovative contract work for the DoD, Intel Community, and commercial sectors. Serving as a pivotal figure in advancing BRD's ventures into cutting-edge applications and emerging technologies, Kyle developed award-winning algorithms at Lockheed Martin to leading technical teams at IBM and Zeta Associates. His professional journey reflects a career dedicated to integrating AI and ML technologies into user-centric designs. To underscore his deep expertise and passion in the field, Kyle holds a BS from Penn State University and an MS from George Mason University.
Danny Han
Founder and director
With over two decades in application development, Danny specializes in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design. His expertise is augmented by a UX certification from the Nielsen Norman Group and degrees in Computer Science from the University of Virginia and George Mason University. As Director/Founder, Danny is committed to pioneering user-centric application solutions, leveraging his extensive background to drive innovation and excellence in design. Outside work, he enjoys board games, cycling, and spending time with his family, reflecting his belief in the importance of balance between professional dedication and personal fulfillment.
